Yes. temperature controlled scalp steam will be utilized to enhance the penetration of products and exfoliation effects. Can my friend or family get one too?

Can I bring children?

Accepted Answer

No! It would not be appropriate given this is meant to be a relaxing experience and you will be distracted and unavailable to attend to them for the entirety of the service.

Can I get a HeadSpa service if I have extensions?

Accepted Answer

No,  It is more difficult to massage and scrub the scalp with hair extensions in, so I would suggest you coordinate your HeadSpa appointment to be right before install. I offer extension removal at an additional cost. Please contact me directly with the type of extensions you wear to make sure I have what you need for removal. It’ll feel better for you too and give your scalp a little TLC before you put them back in.

****When booking a finishing service the luxury blowout price will apply to extension blow drys.

How should I arrive for my appointment ?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive in comfy clothes without makeup and minimal to no jewelry on. No need to come with clean hair, however use your better judgment if you haven’t washed your hair in a while- please do a courtesy wash before arriving. I’ll definitely be giving your scalp a good scrub!

Can I get this service done if I have curly hair?

Absolutely! HeadSpa services are for all hair textures, hairless heads, super hairy heads, small heads, big heads, regular size heads! I actually specialize in curly hair as well. I offer natural curl styling and curl specific cutting as well.

Can I get a head spa service done with color?

Accepted Answer

Yes! However it’s important that you consider timing your head spa Denver apt to be right before your next hair-color service. I use a very cleansing shampoo and there’s a lot of running hot water involved, so this service may cause your color to fade. Rainbow colors, pastels, redheads, and stubborn gray coverage color clients— your hair will most likely fade with this service so DO NOT schedule this service right after your hair color appointment.

Same day color and head spa services not recommend, This likely would cause irritation.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, I don't have a physical card but digital gift cards are available. Keep in mind this is a non refundable transaction.

If I am late will I still get the full service?

Accepted Answer

I will do my best to complete each step but may have to shorten the step along the way. Unfortunately if your service is booked before another guest and being respectful of their time is just as important.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Accepted Answer

I request 48 hours notice for any changes made to a reserved appointment. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment or reschedule without giving me enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, causing me to lose both time and income.

Does a head spa service include the cost of a finish dry style?

Accepted Answer

No, but you have the option of adding a finish style or a haircut and style to the end of each service for an additional charge.

**If you choose too leave wet a light a quick blow dry shake out will happen at the end to keep you from dripping on your way out.

What should I do when I arrive?

Head up the Elevator to suite 304 and take a seat in our waiting area. We have complimentary snacks and refreshments while you wait.

Is there parking near my head spa in Denver?

Yes typically right out front if the lot is full there is an abundance of street parking as well a a few lots close by. Use the spot finder app to help with lot parking.

Yes. All my services including headspa services are inclusive services. I do not gender my pricing but I customize every service to the needs of the guest in front of me.

Step 1: Consultation & Scalp Analysis (15 min) We use a microscope to examine your scalp and show you exactly  what's happening - buildup, inflammation, follicle health. 
Step 2: Customized Treatment (30-60 min) Based on what we find, we create a protocol using Japanese-inspired  techniques, antimicrobial oils, exfoliation, and therapeutic massage. 
Step 3: Breathwork & Relaxation We integrate breathwork to activate your parasympathetic nervous  system - shifting from stress to healing mode. 
Step 4: At-Home Protocol (10 min) You leave with photos of your scalp, product recommendations,  and a clear plan for between appointments.

For hair loss treatment: every 3-4 weeks until improvement.  For maintenance: every 8-12 weeks. Your consultation determines  the right frequency for your goals.

Yes. We address inflammation, circulation, buildup, and stress -  all factors in thinning. Most clients see measurable improvement  within 3-4 treatments combined with at-home protocol.
